An entrepreneur, with a solid background in technology and degrees in Business administration and law; Srinivas leads the business operations and develops strategies that satisfy the long-range strategic goals of the company. A passionate psychologist with an interest in psychometrics, his philosophy construes that having a quality product and realistic goals hold all pieces together in the business. A serial entrepreneur with an acute passion to find solutions that help businesses flourish, Kiran focuses on building technology solutions in Fintech, Ecom Marketplace, Artificial Intelligence & AR, as well exploring the immense potential of the Metaverse technology. His curiosity and passion for learning drive him to explore new technologies and thrive with continuous innovation.

Sudha Madhuri – the Founding Member & Director – is the force behind Madhees’s remarkable growth. Having a strong background in banking and finance, she has transformed into a great business mind, becoming a founding member, and heading the operations. With her strategic thinking and extraordinary business acumen, she injects the required impetus into the company’s operations and overall work environment. Sudha serves as a valued partner with excellent people skills, lending her knowledge and insight in pursuit of a wide range of objectives.

She believes in constantly monitoring the business progress, learning from the past, and profiting from an effective feedback mechanism.

Aparna Pendyala – an ISB'ian and an AVP from Deloitte – is one of the directors at Madhees. As the Woman – in – charge of our HR Consulting wing, she effectively develops and implements all the Core HR Consulting & Talent Strategies. She actively contributes to Student trainability activities as an integral part of Campus initiatives. Aparna focuses on client relationships and retainment in terms of engagement & delivery.
