Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical decisions across services, data, and AI workloads
- Design scalable enterprise solutions and maintain architectural standards
- Drive ADR-based engineering decisions and integration strategies
- Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and engineering quality initiatives
- Manage CI/CD, IaC, SOC 2 controls, and release planning
- Mentor engineers on Azure architecture, AI workflows, and event-driven systems
- Collaborate with solution architects, stakeholders, and client teams
- Support Agile delivery, stakeholder demos, hypercare, and post-go-live activities
Required Skills
- 8+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in Technical Lead or Staff Engineer roles
- Strong expertise in Azure architecture and cloud-native services
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Document Intelligence, AI Search, AKS, API Management, ADLS Gen2, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Entra ID
- Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and Python
- Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Bicep
- Knowledge of event sourcing, DDD, RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and AI workflows
- Experience implementing SOC 2 controls and operating in regulated environments
- Strong code review, mentorship, and technical communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Durable Functions and agentic workflows
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS integrations and financial systems
- Familiarity with Medallion architecture and human-in-the-loop workflows
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
