Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Oracle ERP Cloud Finance production environment
- Manage Oracle Fusion Financial modules including:
- GL
- AP
- AR
- FA
- CM
- PO
- Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Coordinate with business users and stakeholders for production support
- Configure applications and participate in upgrade testing
- Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues with integration teams
- Create and manage FRS, OTBI, and SmartView reports
- Monitor application security, data governance, and compliance standards
- Manage user requests, backlog tracking, and status reporting
- Support change management, testing, UAT, and training activities
- Identify and implement finance process improvements
- Document system procedures and support ERP initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Oracle EBS R11/R12
- Deep knowledge of:
- O2C & P2P processes
- AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, PO
- Financial Close
- Revenue Recognition
- Reporting
- Experience with Oracle ERP Finance and Procurement implementations/support
- Strong knowledge of:
- FRS Reports
- OTBI
- SmartView
- Basic understanding of SQL and BI Publisher
- Knowledge of SOX, HIPAA, and COBIT compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience supporting production environments and IT business processes
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications
- Experience with Oracle Project Accounting and EPBCS
- Experience with data migration and UAT activities
- Healthcare domain experience
- Experience working with offshore support teams and vendors
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP Finance experience
- 5+ years of production support and IT business process support experience
