Responsibilities
- Own ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and roadmap
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across:
- ITSM
- CSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- SecOps
- GRC
- APM
- Develop and optimize Service Portals, Virtual Agent, and Employee Center
- Lead integrations with OKTA, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, JIRA, MS Teams, and other enterprise systems
- Define and manage CMDB, CSDM, and data models
- Ensure platform security, scalability, performance, and compliance
- Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews
- Drive automation and AI capabilities using Flow Designer, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Search
- Maintain architectural documentation and reusable frameworks
Required Skills
- 10+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience
- Expertise in:
- ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, CSM
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- CMDB & CSDM
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong experience with enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of platform governance, security, ACLs, SSO/MFA
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, or GenAI
- Knowledge of ISO, NIST, SOC2, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, JIRA, or Azure DevOps
- Experience establishing ServiceNow CoE or multi-instance strategies
Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- CIS certification preferred (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or GRC)
