Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Finance modules
- Perform solution design, configuration, and gap analysis
- Support Oracle EBS Finance modules including:
- GL
- AR
- AP
- FA
- Cash Management
- Costing
- Conduct user training, testing, production transition, and support activities
- Prepare OUM/AIM methodology documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for Sev-1 SRs
- Work in multi-vendor and dual-shore environments
- Manage project activities and finance support operations
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules
- Experience in:
- Requirement gathering
- Solution design
- Configuration
- Map/Gap analysis
- Production support
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience handling critical production and Sev-1 issues
- Knowledge of OUM/AIM documentation standards:
- RD-11
- BR-100
- MD50
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in dual-shore and multi-vendor environments
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Fusion Cloud knowledge
- Experience with enterprise finance transformation projects
Education & Experience
- 8–12 years of Oracle Finance Functional experience
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS Finance track
